  On August 31, 2025, the 2025 Peanut Industry Transformation and Upgrading Innovation Conference with the theme of "Revitalizing and Revitalizing" and the Moderate Processing High Oleic Acid Peanut Oil Group Standard and Jinsheng Rouxiang Peanut Oil Appraisal Conference were grandly held in Junan, Shandong. As a key event to implement the national food security strategy and promote the high-quality development of the oil industry, this conference brings together government leaders, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, research scholars, industry representatives, and partners from the entire industry chain of Jinsheng Peanut. With a four-dimensional linkage model of "standard release+new product debut+strategic signing+leading forum", it injects new momentum into the transformation and upgrading of the peanut industry, and plays a new strong voice for the innovative development of the grain and oil industry.

  During the on-site visit and new product appraisal session, attending leaders, experts, and partners visited the Jinsheng Peanut Industry Park to visit the Jinsheng Peanut Culture Museum, Jinsheng Brand and E-commerce Logistics Center, R&D Center, Peanut Intelligent Factory, and Special Exhibition Experience Center. They also visited the national exhibition center; The 14th Five Year Plan; At the key R&D project new product appraisal meeting, four new products of Jinsheng Group, including high oleic acid soft fragrant peanut oil, soft fragrant peanut oil, organic peanut oil, and virgin peanut oil, were appraised. After identification, the above four products have excellent characteristics such as soft and fragrant flavor, mellow taste, and resistance to frying and stir frying. The overall technology of the results has reached the international leading level.

Liu Yuanfa, Executive Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resource Mining at Jiangnan University, interpreted the standard content, and Liu Jingjing, Deputy Secretary General of the China Light Industry Federation, congratulated through video link.

  The formulation and release of this group's standards have filled the gap in the standardization of moderate processing of high oleic peanut oil, which is of great significance for improving product quality, guiding consumer health, and promoting industry technological upgrading.

  At the Peanut Industry Transformation and Upgrading Innovation Forum, academicians and experts conducted in-depth discussions: Academician Sun Baoguo focused on the "coordinated development of food flavor and health" and proposed innovative paths for the future oil industry; Academician Zhang Xinyou emphasized the supporting role of high-quality peanut varieties at the source of the industry chain, focusing on the cultivation of high-quality peanut varieties; Industry expert Liu Yuanfa interprets the new technology of 6M processing of flavor oils and fats, providing technical reference for enterprise process upgrading. The forum is hosted by Cui Bo, Dean of the School of Food Science at Qilu University of Technology. It deeply integrates cutting-edge viewpoints with practical cases, providing a dual support of "theory+technology" for the innovative development of the peanut industry.


Jinsheng Group launched a series of new products, including Jinsheng Rouxiang Peanut Oil, Omega-369 Vegetable Oil, Jinsheng Health Food, and Peanut Products, at the conference.
