In order to stimulate entrepreneurial and innovative vitality, accelerate the transformation of old and new driving forces, lead high-quality development of enterprises, assist rural revitalization, achieve the grand goal of "building the Jinsheng brand and creating a century old enterprise", and grow into a diversified large group enterprise with brand influence in China's grain and oil industry, Jinsheng Group has formulated its fifth five-year development plan to achieve the development positioning of seven major strategies and seven major goals (referred to as the "Double Seven" strategic goals).

1、 Seven Major Strategies

（1） "Golden Victory in Edible Oils" - to expand and strengthen the industry pattern dominated by peanut oil, corn oil, sunflower seed oil, rapeseed oil and other edible oils, to refine and strengthen, and to create high-quality independent product brands. Relying on Jinsheng Grain and Oil Company and closely cooperating with Jinfu Grain and Oil Company and Huasheng Inspection and Testing Company, we will increase research and development innovation in peanut oil and a series of edible oils, by-products, finished grains, seasonings, etc., and achieve a leading position in peanut oil. We will expand and strengthen major manufacturers of peanut oil, corn oil, sunflower seed oil, and rapeseed oil, and take the path of large-scale operation. Continuously improving the quality of mid to high end products, we mainly promote Jinsheng high oleic acid peanut oil, native virgin peanut oil, and frying special blended oil, striving to become a well-known brand of high-end products in China. Build a peanut technology industrial park led by "industrial intelligent manufacturing" and create one of the most influential edible oil production and processing bases in China.

（2） "Peanut Trade Gold Victory" - to expand and strengthen the import and export trade of peanuts, edible oils, agricultural and sideline products, and food, to refine peanut products, to develop leisure foods such as nuts and preserved fruits, and to explore cross-border business through multiple channels. Relying on Jinsheng Import and Export Company and Jinsheng Peanut Food Company, we closely cooperate with Jinsheng Grain and Oil Company, Jinfu Grain and Oil Company, Jinsheng Biotechnology Company, and Jinsheng Catering Company to expand new import and export businesses, new customers, new markets, and new products for each company. Based on the advantages of scale operation, we will focus on the deep development of the entire industry chain. On the basis of enriching peanut products, we will increase new varieties such as preserved fruits, nuts, and food, and create a leisure food brand such as Jinsheng Peanut Food, striving to become one of the largest domestic importers and exporters of edible oils such as peanuts and peanut oil.

（3） "Protein Feed Golden Victory" - Making large cake meal powder edible oil, deepening the development of new feed trade products, peanut protein powder and other products. Relying on Jinfu Grain and Oil Company, we closely cooperate with Jinsheng Grain and Oil Company and Jinsheng Import and Export Company in the edible oil and peanut business, achieving large-scale purchasing, production, and sales. Actively develop the trade of sunflower meal, cotton meal, rapeseed meal, palm meal and other miscellaneous meals, increase the development of peanut meal, peanut protein powder, soybean protein powder, corn meal, Rice noodles and other products, improve the R&D and innovation ability, cooperate with biological companies to develop peanut protein peptides and other dietary nutrition supplements, and strive to be one of the largest suppliers of organic nitrogen source culture media in China.

（4） E-commerce Logistics Jinsheng - To expand and strengthen the modern warehousing and logistics service industry, increase the development of logistics distribution business, and build a new platform for smart logistics e-commerce. Relying on Jinfeng Logistics Company and Jinsheng Grain and Oil Company, in collaboration with Jinfu Grain and Oil Company, Jinsheng Import and Export Company, Jinsheng Biotechnology Company, and Jinsheng Catering Company, we will build a warehousing operation center and logistics distribution platform, continuously develop and operate new projects and products, support fully automated and intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, and establish a modern logistics distribution service system. Increase investment and development in transportation and distribution business, and establish new distribution outlets. Relying on third-party and independent e-commerce platforms, we will focus on promoting products such as oils and fats, peanut products, health products, and food, forming an integrated online and offline brand marketing and promotion route; Develop cross-border e-commerce import and export business, and build a smart logistics brand that integrates commercial flow, logistics, information flow, and capital flow.

（5） Biotechnology Jinsheng - specializes in the extraction of refined plants, develops and launches characteristic health foods and products, and leads the high-quality development of enterprises through technological innovation. Relying on Jinsheng Biotechnology Company, we will establish a comprehensive biological factory that integrates research and development, production, integrated packaging, and terminal products of natural product extraction, pharmaceutical intermediates, and raw materials. We will continuously develop OEM and trade businesses, striving to become a leading domestic enterprise in natural product extraction and peanut protein health product production. Building a brand of patented formula health food and health products, utilizing the industrial tourism operation model to promote the rapid improvement of the brand. Relying on the R&D center, closely cooperating with various companies, relying on ten provincial-level or above research platforms such as postdoctoral research workstations and academician workstations, and collaborating with expert teams from universities, we continuously develop new products, patents, and achievements to achieve "high, precision, and excellence" in various industries.

（6） "Food and Beverage Golden Victory" - To refine the catering service industry, strengthen the delivery and custody business, and create a preferred supermarket convenience service brand. Relying on Jinsheng Catering Company and collaborating with Jinhui Distribution Center, Shengtong Trading Company, and Youxuan Supermarket for large-scale operation, we aim to build a central kitchen engineering industry chain. Establish a professional integrated company that specializes in food production, catering services, cafeteria management, constant temperature storage, testing and research and development, nutritional catering, product development, logistics distribution, online and offline, as well as business rooms, fast food chains, banquet hotels, lifestyle supermarkets, and store rental operations. Explore multi-channel product delivery projects, research and develop innovative pre packaged food series products, and create a distinctive and high-quality catering chain brand; Optimize the construction of high standard and preferred flagship supermarkets, establish a new image of Jinsheng through the sales exhibition area of Jinsheng's characteristic products, provide affordable and high-quality products to the people, and create a well-known local lifestyle supermarket brand.

（7） "Industrial Tourism Golden Victory" - Based on the peanut characteristic culture, we will improve the new development layout of "industrial tourism+agricultural ecological tourism", continuously enrich tourism resources, enhance the innovative supply capacity of the tourism industry, and promote the long-term development of enterprises. Relying on Jinsheng Culture and Tourism Company, Jinsheng Agriculture Company, and the "Seven in One" tourism project, we will collaborate with Jinsheng Grain and Oil Company, Jinsheng Biology Company, and Jinsheng Catering Company to build agricultural tourism complexes, cultural tourism complexes, and industrial tourism complexes. We will jointly establish a comprehensive tourism project that integrates cultural exhibitions, science popularization education, industrial observation, research tours, labor education, leisure and entertainment, picking experiences, catering and food, and strive to create a national industrial tourism demonstration base, a national high-quality farmer training base, and a national AAAA level scenic spot. Utilizing the joint tourism of the three industries to improve quality and efficiency, integrating education into tourism, driving innovation, and promoting the development and enhancement of brands in various sectors such as peanut oil and edible oil, peanut products, health food and products, and catering services, has become an important window for the group to build brands and promote high-quality development, as well as a landmark landscape of local culture and tourism.
