On the afternoon of October 12, Du Dechang, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Wang Xinghua, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and other municipal leaders led the leaders of the city's rural revitalization observation meeting to visit Jinsheng Peanut Science and Technology Industrial Park to observe and guide the work. Junan County Party Committee Secretary Zhang Dianhu, County Party Committee Deputy Secretary (temporary) Wei Zhongfang and other county leaders, as well as Song Lili, executive general manager of Jinsheng Group and general manager of Jinsheng Grain, Oil and Food Company, Zou Yefei, assistant general manager of the group and general manager of Jinsheng Marketing Company, the group Chen Ning, assistant to the general manager and director of the R&D center, and others accompanied the observation.

   The leaders of the observation group first listened to detailed reports from county leader Sun Yunxue and director of the Street People’s Congress Working Committee Jiang Chunshan on the county’s rural revitalization and the planning, construction and operation of the Jinsheng Peanut Agricultural Industry Complex project. Then they visited the Jinsheng E-commerce Building, the national peanut processing technology, the high-end peanut oil, specialty vegetable oil, peanut products and agricultural specialty food processing lines with an annual output of 600,000 tons, the constant temperature oil depot with a storage capacity of 100,000 tons, and the fully automatic filling production. Assembly lines and other production workshops, product experience centers and peanut green planting demonstration bases. During the visit, the participating leaders spoke highly of the planning, construction and development of Jinsheng Peanut Agricultural Industrialization Consortium.

    Jinsheng Peanut Agricultural Industrialization Consortium was established in 2018 under the leadership of Jinsheng Group, a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization. The consortium insists on industry feeding back agriculture, and implements a "1+1+1" operating model, with one leading enterprise as the leader, the 1,000-acre peanut science and technology industrial park as the link, and the 10,000-acre high-standard peanut production base as the basis.
