On the morning of November 26, 2018, the first Shandong Grain and Oil Industry Expo and the National Grain Industry’s New and Old Momentum Conversion to Support Rural Revitalization Summit Forum, co-sponsored by the Shandong Provincial Government and the Shandong Provincial Grain and Material Reserves Bureau, were held in Binzhou. Yue Guojun, chairman of the board and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhai Jianglin, director of the Scientific Research Institute of the National Grain and Material Reserves Administration, Chen Yuzhong, deputy director of the China Grain Research and Training Center, Wang Weihua, director of the Shandong Provincial Grain and Material Reserves Bureau, and Li Wei, deputy director, Zhang Guangfeng, secretary of the Binzhou Municipal Party Committee Zhang Kai, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Li Zhaochen, director of Linyi Grain and Material Reserves Bureau, and Wang Chengfa, deputy director, attended the opening ceremony. Leaders of some provincial and municipal grain bureaus across the country, representatives of scientific research institutions, universities, experts and scholars, and key leading enterprises participated in the expo. Jinsheng Group, as a "China's Good Grain and Oil" demonstration enterprise, actively displayed Jinsheng Grain and Oil series oil products, biological health care Products, Song Lili, deputy general manager of the group and general manager of Jinsheng Cereals, Oils and Food Company, and Zhi Shousen, deputy general manager of Jinsheng Food Marketing Company, participated in the exhibition on behalf of the group.
The first Shandong Grain and Oil Industry Expo has the theme of "New Era, New Shandong, New Platform, Big Industry" and mainly includes grain and oil products and technology exhibitions, a summit forum on converting old and new growth drivers in the grain industry to help rural revitalization, and achievement signings. This expo will not only comprehensively display the development achievements of Shandong Province’s grain economy over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, but also reach a number of cooperation intentions in terms of investment cooperation, talent introduction, docking of scientific and technological achievements, and trade cooperation.
After the opening ceremony, the participating leading experts and guests walked into the expo and came to the Jinsheng exhibition area for observation and guidance. At the meeting, Jinsheng Cereals, Oils and Food Co., Ltd. and Shandong Xiangchi Cereals and Oils Co., Ltd. reached an investment and cooperation intention and signed a purchase and sales contract for 10,000 tons of pressed first-grade peanut oil and 10,000 tons of non-GMO soybean oil, laying a good foundation for the two parties to further strengthen cooperation.
Jinsheng Group will take its participation in this expo as an opportunity to base itself on scientific and technological innovation in the peanut industry, accelerate the conversion of old and new driving forces, extend and enrich the industrial chain, provide the public with healthy and nutritious green products, and build a well-known brand of Jinsheng peanut oil.
