In order to further improve the team awareness and teamwork ability of employees of the group and various units, from November 19th to 25th, 2016, 350 employees of Jinsheng Group conducted two days and one night of development training in three phases in the conference room on the fourth floor of the group. . This activity revolves around the two themes of "Team Building" and "Challenge Yourself", aiming to exercise the strong will of employees, enhance communication among employees, and strengthen team cohesion and overall centripetal force.

     The training first creates a team atmosphere through a series of cheerful ice-breaking activities and establishes a basis for mutual cooperation and sharing weal and woe. Then, under the guidance of the coach, each period of personnel was divided into several groups to compete in activities such as military training, team formation, sitting together, crossing the power grid, gala party, team tangram, life power circle, and bumpy life road.

When employees sit together, they strongly realize that personal success must be based on the joint efforts and support of other team members; when crossing the grid, each member must be bold and careful, dare to challenge, encourage each other, and overcome fear. ; In the life power circle, every employee is sticking to his or her promise and will not give up until the goal is achieved.
