Professor Liu pointed out that food safety is a national strategy and a major livelihood issue. The quality and safety of edible oil production is used to control polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, plasticizers, mycotoxins, chloropropanol esters and glycidyl esters, new product development, and low-fat (lightweight) Fat) peanut products, protein concentrates, etc., combined with a large number of data and experimental cases, the main hazard factors in each link of the oil production are explained, and the effective safety control measures are introduced in detail. Professor Liu Yulan is a professor, master tutor, director of the Department of Oils and Fats of Henan University of Technology, a national registered chemical engineer, director of the Institute of Oil Application Technology of Henan University of Technology, and deputy chief engineer of Henan University of Technology Design and Research Institute.
